City of Duluth retired and active employees who have issues with their retirement fund--got to plead their case in front of an administrative law judge today.

69 individuals have filed an appeal contesting changes the city plans to make with their pension fund, called PERA. This is according to Erik Simonson, president of the fire union, a group that has filed their own grievance.

Simonson says it could be a year before an administrative law judge and the PERA board make a decision in the case.
